How much space is needed for the photo booth?
Ideally, a total space of approximately 10m2 is required to accommodate the booth, the prop table and the wish book table. Remember, you will have guests lining up to use it!
What are the venue requirements?
The photo booth requires very little. Basically a power supply is required and it must also be positioned on a flat and even solid surface.
Do you stay with the booth?
We have a minimum of 2 staff members manning the booth. This includes a professional photographer to ensure that your guests are set-up and prepped to take the best possible photos and others to handle the photo output, wish book, technical issues and to ensure that the complete service runs smoothly so you and your guests get the most out of it. You don’t only hire a booth from us you hire a complete service.
How long does it take to set-up the booth?
It takes approximately 1 hour to set-up and test the booth prior to the event commencement and 30 minutes to pack-up.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
A deposit of €200 is usually taken. This may vary depending on the total package cost.
Do we get a digital copy of the pictures taken in the booth?
Yes, at the end of your event a USB or DVD is given with all images taken, both as strips and as individual photos in high resolution.
What camera do you use in the booth?
A high end professional SLR 15.1MP camera is used, the Canon EOS 500D, resulting in sharp quality pictures.
What printer do you use in the booth?
We use a thermal dye sublimation printer, the same as the photo processing companies use, the best in the business. The prints are fast, touch dry and waterproof immediately.
Can we have colour or black & white prints?
Yes, your guests can choose to have colour or black & white prints per visit via the touch screen.
How does the wish book work?
We print enough copies of the strips so that each guest in the booth at any given time gets one each and there is also one for your wish book. The wish book is spiral bound (choice of colours include gold, silver, white and red) and is complete with a gift box. We bring silver and gold pens and encourage your guests to leave messages next to their pictures. We will ensure that the book is completed to a high standard and we hand deliver it to you at the end of the photo booth hire in perfect order.
Can our guests view the images after the event?
With yours and your guests permission, we can load all the photos on Facebook. Your guests are then free to view them and tag themselves so as to share them with their family and friends. It is great fun and completely optional.
